"Our experience working with Allan and his team for several of our library's big events has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Allan has consistently provided outstanding service, demonstrating professionalism, kindness, and effective communication skills. One of the standout qualities of Allan and his team is their efficiency. Despite the scale of our events, they managed to complete the entire setup in just about 2.5 hours. Every aspect of the setup, from heaters to lighting, chairs and more, was meticulously taken care of by Allan and his team. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service truly made a difference in the success of our events. "We worked with Allan for our event in late January. Leading up to the event, we had 2 back to back snowstorms in NJ and were worried. The day Allan’s team came to setup, we still had snow on the lawn. We had a very large tent, with seating for 160 people. His team was super efficient…they were done with the entire setup in about 2.5 hours. They even put tarp and rugs to help make sure the guests are not walking on wet ground. The heaters, lighting, tables, linens etc were all part of our setup. Great experience working with Allan and team. Would definitely work with them again!!"
